Chirper was started in year 1997, and was officially registered in year 2002. Chirper was started by Shyam Sundar Mishra in year 1997. He started this as a hobby and turned into passion and on later stage it became a professional adventure.
Chirper aim to educate people about aviculture, Breeding, appreciation and taking care of the cage birds as they deserve. Our main aim is to educate people about how to keep a cage bird. Teach them about the methods in which a cage bird should be kept in healthy condition.

It is a simple word of advice to all my Birds Owners & Breeders that purchasing or owning comes by default with a life time commitment towards the miniature.
The main vision of Chirper is to groom aviculture in and out of Odisha. This step taken by me may cause a certain change in human behaviors towards the birds.
"DREAM" What is dream for you? The thing which u sees at night while you sleep. Have you tried to fulfill your dream? Chirper the dream of my life. I have struggled a lot in my life to fulfill my dream. Birds as pet are a hobby of my father who was my first inspiration.
I join PCBM right after my Matriculation to gain a strong hold over my dreams. After my +2 I joined into my Graduation class with Zoology as Honors Subject that took me a step closer into the world of these amazing miniatures and garner knowledge about my passion. I completed my education in year 1996. Science then my journey started with lots of pain and struggle in my heart which are deep in carted in it. It was November 1997 with the cold of starting chilling winter I went to Kolkata. Just to begin a step forward to gain my passion.
Before going there I asked my father for Rs. 700. I got the money with a less trust factor which I suppose was the biggest motivation for me. I went to Kolkata and brought 3 pairs of finches, 1 pair of Lutino Cockatiel and 2 pairs of budgies. I began my work with these 3 species. But on later stage I found that 2 of the Finches were not useful for me so I worked out with 1 finch and breaded it.
I continued my work as bird breeder since 1997 and got success in year 2000 when people started to recognize my hard work. In the same year when I got success in my work a renowned TV Channel Of Odisha took my interview. It was OTV Channel from Odisha which took my first interview on television world. This helped me to span my wings in my field of passion. After this many Interview from many prominent Newspaper and TV Channels started to pour in. With no help guidance and appreciation, the journey was quiet tough. But at last a successful one.
